What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The aspect that I prefer most is the possibility to help colleagues more not only with the voice during a conference, but also through the sharing tool of my screen to increase the interaction with the topic in question.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In general I have not found negative aspects in using Teams even if the integration with third party products is not always so simple to implement. I've had a few cases where the application crashed for no apparent reason

I would like to recommend this product to all people who are looking for a valid solution to access the contents shared by colleagues at any time, collaborate on projects remotely without the need to be all in the same office, also considering that Teams can be installed. on different platforms covering everyone's needs. It is also possible to consult chats and shared files at any time during and after the meetings.

Microsoft Teams app is my favorite because it is backed by a solid features stack and technical team power and support, and provides a wide range of appealing and adjustable tools to assist speed up our communications and streamline all collaborative and project workflows in real-time. All of these useful features are available at a very reasonable price. Aside from that, its customization options appealed to me.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The thing I really dislike about this system is its slowness, the presenter's screen turns black occasionally, and I have to reset the entire software to get it to work again. The application is quite resource-intensive for the PC, and it frequently crashes. Basic functions are simple to use, while advanced features are difficult.

As I said before it is an advanced but also a sophisticated platform so I still find its user interface to be perplexing, and as a result, there are certainly more functions I'm not aware of. I could discover things more readily if their documentation was more clear and understandable.
