Intuitive design ensures successful communication

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
Microsoft Teams has a collection of powerful tools that offer a great solution for team communications. We can certainly call-out Team's notification settings, which far surpass other options we have used previously. We do a lot of interdepartmental messaging that could easily get covered up with other, incoming questions/responses. Teams offers a simple, yet dynamic notification aid that can be tailored to a user's exact needs. Our productivity increases when messages don't get buried.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Our team has had great success with the chat feature. We use a variety of teams and their corresponding channels to focus our staff on their appropriate projects. The wiki feature has also been a great addition to how we interact with one another. It works just like any other wiki page editor, cutting down on training time, which a big benefit for us.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The chat message searching leaves something to be desired. For example, if we try to search for a three-day old message by keyword, our results don't always get us to the exact location in the chat thread history.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Please consider taking full advantage of Microsoft Team's channel analytics. This internal application gives both a great overview of team interactions but also some granular data that can be used for quality assurance efforts.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
I like the integrations with the rest of the Office 365 stack. As well as the ease of use on both the end-user and the developer side of things, If small to medium-sized businesses want to up their game and compete with larger companies, they should seriously consider getting Teams implemented in their organization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The collaboration capabilities, be it in the chat or from right within a document. Not to mention the ability to trace back changes to the item that was changed and see any discussions or chats that initiated a change.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Hmm, I cannot say that I have found anything to dislike.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Give it a test drive. I love the product, but in the end, each organization will need to see how it fits into their workflows.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
Teams provides a stable as well as secure platform for communication between peers, since it has great integration with other Microsoft products like outlook and office which makes the workflow easy and smooth
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's integration with other products like outlook makes it a really unique product since calendar invites and other facts can be directly used and noted. Teams also provides multi device support which also makes it very convenient to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only thing I dislike is the stability of the product in terms of network so if the network is low teams starts reconnecting and it is a lot hassle and is very inconvenient during important calls
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Teams can cater to all communication needs of a business and can handle all day to day to problems from chats, groups video calls and helping others over remote connection, it is a necessary product for large businesses since the cost is high
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Performance Enhancing
- Unique Features
- Efficient Service
