What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
It's an all in one. Whether it's instant messaging, videoconferencing 1 to 1 or 1 to 50, document collaboration, file sharing, reminders, blogging... You can literally do your work in MS Teams!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
That you have all features for remote working in one place.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The features are not perfect. Some of them lags a little bit, it's not consistent sometimes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have an Office 365 subscription at your company, MS teams it's a must have. You have Zoom, Slack, Word, PowerPoint, Excel... In one single app. Also it has integrations with other third parties apps. The only thing that it does not do is emails!

It is not one of those products with a wide range of features but the one it already offers work incredibly good.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The integrations with other Microsoft products and services. Third party integrations are also seamless.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The unavailability of message to self feature.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Top choice if you are using premium Office 365. The free version is good enough for small businesses that are struggling to make sums.
