Teams - great benefit is it integrates with all the Microsoft related products. For others we need to custom develop.

Chat is the best feature - Teams simply provides a more robust way to fully convey your messages.

There are lots of features to be explored, I see lots of negative comments, it seems they did not explore the product fully.
