What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Rapid development cycle, new features launching seemingly monthly which addresses wants.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the admin controls leave a little to be desired, either poorly documented, or only configurable via PowerShell
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Walk through the admin panel with your project team and infosec specialists and agree upfront what configurations you should choose. Appoint product specialists to administrate the product. Conduct a hearts and minds campaign, especially if coming from other products.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
It is integrated with other Microsoft office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Very customizable. It is integrated with other Microsoft applications. One can take polls and surveys on the platform to gather feedback. Screen sharing is possible. There is a whiteboard and also a note taking tool. It is also very affordable. Meetings can be recorded so those who cannot attend can later see what took place. You can host calls for up to 250 people.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Video conferences cannot be conducted from a web browser. It is impossible to delete a message on the chat app.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend Microsoft teams to organizations for team collaborations on projects and for communication. It is not that pricey so it is affordable even to upcoming organization. It provides all the needs of a team collaboration ranging from video conferencing to audio conferencing to messaging and screen sharing and so much more.
