What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
It integrates better with other office products (word, excel, sharepoint, etc.)
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that it is easy to manage groups within the company.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not much of a customizing aesthetics look. You can't add external contacts that you might be working on the same project together.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do a test run first. See if it will improve the way you communicate across your company first. If it improves your process on a day to day basis, then implement and deploy.
