A collaboration tool only ideal for smaller teams.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
In my opinion there is no real difference to other collaboration tools that are available for businesses. The only differentiating factor might be the accessibility for users that work on a contract basis only instead of being a full employee. In terms of features Teams does not really offer anything new or unique.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The only positive aspect is the possibility to collaborate with different teams within the organization and share information and documents (to a degree).
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is not stable and crashes constantly, especially when running other Microsoft or messaging tools.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend only using it if all users are covered under a business license and have the same level of access. In addition, it is more useful for smaller teams with fewer interactions and exchanges. Otherwise it can get very difficult to keep track of conversations and exchanges within groups.
Pros
- Client Friendly Policies
- Fair
- Acts with Integrity
- Transparent
Cons
- Less Reliable
- Charges for Enhancements
- Inhibits Innovation
