Easy to use both internally and externally

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
Ability to call other users directly via audio and video, no meeting invite/code/etc needed. Ability to see call chat after call has ended.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Blurred background keeps WFH professional.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Link only to meeting invite - difficult if something goes wrong and you need to switch to mobile where code would be much quicker to input
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Look into option of Outlook integration - makes setting up a meeting as easy as the click of a button
