Mostly dependable and fairly easy to use

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
What makes is different is that it's harder to use than some products (Slack), easier than others (Zoom), doesn't look as nice as Slack and is more buggy (especially through upgrades).
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Best things is that it provides stable, reliable communication over text, video and audio. Quality of connection is always good, calls and chat always provide good communication.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I most disliked that the last major upgrade just didn't work at all. I had to downgrade to previous version, and then keep trying and after some weeks it was functional.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would suggest you consider not only the price but the morale of the team with this product compared to others.
Pros
- Performance Enhancing

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
The Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem is hands down a great suite of products and Teams fits in perfectly. Don't know of any other product suite with such a capable set of features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The New Teams starts up pretty quickly, the lightweight nature is quite evident. The mobile integration is seamless and love this feature.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The previous version was clunky and a memory hog, the new version if far lighter, but it sometimes freezes for no apparent reason and I have not been able to figure out why.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Invest in Teams if already part of the O365 ecosystem to get the best out of this product.
