About Patrick Spencer

Patrick is the industry research practice lead for government, education, and healthcare at Info-Tech Research Group. Having worked for 20 years in the public sector space, he has expertise in digital strategy, business IT alignment, and digital change. He has previously worked for leading system integrators and consultancies, including Accenture, IBM, Deloitte, Cisco, and KPMG. He has authored publications on topics such as digital transformation, cloud computing, the Internet of Things, and the future of work. He holds an MBA and MPA and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in public policy. He frequently speaks at executive briefings and conferences.
